With six interstates weaving through the region, we’re a five-hour drive from eight different states (Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin). If you’d prefer to fly, the area offers two international airports, Midway and O’Hare. All the hotels and most of the attractions in the Chicago Southland offer free parking, with several inexpensive commuter options if you choose to go downtown to Chicago, which is 30 minutes or less away from all of our 60 communities.
